Debbie Jansen
Hi! My name is Debbie Jansen and I love teaching Zumba Fitness Classes here at the Mukwonago Athletic Club! I am certified by Zumba and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I’ve taught many different kinds of fitness classes over the years, but Zumba is by far my favorite. I was one of a handful of instructors to begin Zumba in WI, and have watched it grow to become the hottest fitness trend in the world today. I love to guide the participants to realize that they can ‘just let go’. Zumba is a so much fun, you don’t even realize you’re exercising!

My name is Jayne Bjorge and I have been an instructor at the Mukwonago Athletic Club since January 2006. I am a NETA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing and Smart Cycle Instructor. I am currently instructing indoor cycling and kickboxing at the MAC.
When I turned 40 years old, I realized it was time to make a lifestyle change. I spent three quarters of my life overweight and physically unfit so it wasn’t easy but, I started eating healthy and joined the MAC. I realized that being healthy is a journey, not a destination! When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy participating in different events such as; Trek 100, Ridin’ for Research, Danskin Triathlon and other various events.
As an instructor, I hope I’m able to motivate members to improve their lives for the sake of their health. It’s never too late to get started on a healthier path!
