Biggest Loser

BIGGEST LOSER 2010

Begins January 18th and ends April 12th. Sign-up by January 11th is required.

Cost

  • Members: $299.00 per person  
  • Non-members: $425.00 per person (Includes 3 month temporary membership)
  • Independent: $60.00 per person

Teams

Teams will consist of four to six people. Cost includes meeting with your trainer twice a week for 8 weeks. If you would like to continue with a trainer after the 8 weeks you may purchase a package of personal training. You will also receive nutritional guidance using MAC’S Online Meal Planner and a recipe book each week along with a biggest loser T-Shirt. Weigh-ins will be done every week BEFORE your scheduled training session.

Independents

If you are on the independent team, personal training is not included in the cost. You will receive a binder of information at the beginning of the contest along with the weekly recipe packet. Also included is a T-Shirt and access to MAC’S Online Meal Planner.

Couples

The Biggest Loser couples contest will run for 12 weeks beginning January 18th with the final weigh-in April 12th.

Additional “DO & DON’T” rules – please respect them!

  • You MUST Sign-up by January 11th.
  • Everyone MUST pay at the time of sign-up!
  • Reserving a spot on the list without paying is NOT ALLOWED.
  • You MUST weigh-in with a MAC employee by Wednesday every week.

  • Biggest Loser 1st Place (Male & Female Winner): 1 Year Blue Membership
  • Biggest Loser 2nd Place (Male & Female Winner): 3 Month Blue Membership
  • Biggest Loser Team: MAC Wear
  • Biggest Loser Independent: MAC Wear

Participant Meeting

Participant Informational meeting will be held on Saturday, January 16th at 11:00 a.m. First weigh-in and “before” pictures will be taken on this day!

Congratulations to all of the Biggest Loser Contestants.  Everyone worked hard and did an amazing job!

  • On average 17 lbs were lost
  • Total of 575 lbs were lost in only 8 weeks

1st Place Female Winner – Deb Hall: Lost 32.2 lbs and 15.62% bodyweight

1st Place Male Winner – Brian Ruedinger: Lost 29 lbs and 10.10% bodyweight

2nd Place Female Winner – Katie Ohme: Lost 26.4 lbs and 14.46% bodyweight

2nd Place Male Winner – Zach Goede: Lost 17.2 lbs and 7.91% bodyweight

Independent Winner – Dean Wagner: Lost 25 lbs and 7.81% bodyweight
