Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt – Strength training using light weights and bands that hit all the muscle groups. Be prepared for the challenge.

Cardio Sculpt – A variety of muscle sculpting exercises combined with blasts of cardio. Get a complete workout in 60 minutes.

Cardio Weight Circuit – Combine your weight training and your aerobic training in one class.

HI/LO Aerobics – Cardiovascular exercises that can be done at high or low intensities. Impact can be low or moderate depending on the individual. Floor exercises are included.

Kick Boxing – This knockout class is all you need to fight unwanted pounds. Get your cardio and strength training through kick boxing moves with bags and gloves.

Lift and Sculpt – A variety of body sculpting exercises for all major muscle groups incorporating free weights, bands, balls and benches.

Pilates – Learn a variety of exercises that strengthen and stretch the core muscles (abs, back and glutes). Benefits include strengthening of arms, legs and abdominals.

Power Step and Pump – This class combines light strength moves with cardio that is done on the step.

Senior Fitness – Aerobic exercise, flexibility and resistance training using weight machines. This program will help senior members achieve strength and help aid injury prevention.

Six Pack Abs – A concentrated workout focusing entirely on the abdominal muscles.

Step – An aerobic workout that uses a step to get your heart pumping.

Step Mix – Enjoy a combination of step and aerobic dance for a great workout.

Zumba – Latin dance and fitness moves for a great cardio workout. Easy to follow for all fitness levels.

Silver Sneakers/Muscle Sculpt – Senior fitness class with varying cardio exercises to get your body moving.

Silver Sneakers/Cardio – Senior fitness class with varying cardio exercises to get your body moving.

Beginner Aerobics – Dance and step class offering a variety of different movements at a lower intensity level.
