The Mukwonago Athletic Club (MAC) is a full service stat of the art facility built in 1999. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe environment in which our members can achieve their personal fitness goals. Our staff is always helpful and courteous and our instructors and trainers are all certified fitness professionals. We are committed to providing the highest quality service and to go above and beyond our members expectations.

This 40,000 square foot club offers a wide variety of group exercise classes, a well equipped weight room, four league racquetball courts, an assortment of cardio equipment, and child care. An inside walking track is located on the second floor along with two aerobic studios and four tanning beds.

Men’s an women’s locker rooms are available to all members and guests. Each have four private showers and a dry sauna. Personal/Permanent lockers are available upon request.

For the ultimate “feel good” treatment, try a massage! Massage therapy is a great way to relax the body and mind. It also promotes good circulation, body tone and overall well-being. Appointments and payments are taken care of at the front desk. Gift Certificates and punch cards are available for purchase.

The Mukwonago Family Rehab Clinic is also located in the MAC facility. They offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Treatments are available for sports related injuries, stroke patients of any age, knee and hip replacement; the list goes on. They are open early and late to fit treatment into your schedule.
